All services are offered on a project or hourly basis, depending on the scope and client requirements.
Client Responsibilities
By hiring me, you agree to:
- Provide clear, timely communication and project requirements
- Supply all necessary content (text, images, login credentials) in a usable format
- Respond to feedback and approval requests within a reasonable time
- Make payments according to agreed terms
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content you provide.
Payment Terms
- A deposit (typically 30–50%) may be required before project work begins
- Final payment is due upon project completion, before final files or site handover
- Payment methods accepted: bank transfer.
- Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Revisions and Feedback
- I offer a limited number of revisions per project (typically 2 rounds unless otherwise agreed)
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Revisions must be requested within 2 days of project delivery
Cancellations and Refunds
- If you cancel a project after work has started, you may be billed for time already spent
- Deposits are generally non-refundable unless cancellation occurs before any work begins
- I reserve the right to cancel a project if the client becomes unresponsive, violates terms, or fails to make payments
Turnaround Time
Project timelines vary based on scope and responsiveness. Delays in providing content, approvals, or payments may delay delivery. I will always communicate expected timelines clearly and update you as the project progresses.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, you will receive rights to the completed website or content created for you
- I reserve the right to showcase completed work in my portfolio unless a prior NDA is signed
- You may not claim ownership of any part of my code, templates, or tools used unless specified in writing
Limitation of Liability
I do my best to ensure that all services are delivered professionally and securely. However, I am not liable for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or business due to technical issues, delays, or misuse
- Website downtime or errors caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting services
- Security vulnerabilities on websites hosted or managed by third parties
You agree to use my services at your own risk.
Third-Party Tools and Services
If your project involves third-party software, plugins, or subscriptions (e.g., Elementor Pro, WooCommerce extensions), you are responsible for purchasing and maintaining the appropriate licenses unless otherwise agreed.
Communication
Project communication will primarily take place via email, messaging platforms like WhatsApp or Slack, or project management tools. You agree to use these methods for clear documentation and record-keeping.
